Construction begins on Clearwater Beach boutique condo-hotel

Clearwater Beach will soon be home to a new condo-hotel concept that allows owners to rent out units on platforms like Vrbo and Airbnb.

Construction recently began at CW Resort & Marina at 411 East Shore Drive. Clearwater-based ARC Realty Group is developing the luxury project, which will include 91 units across eight stories. Kast Construction is the general contractor.
