Home on Palma Ceia golf course sells for $9.2 million

A home overlooking the 17th hole at Palma Ceia golf course has sold for $9.2 million.

A corporate entity linked to Michael and Amy Southard of Cleveland closed on the home at 1005 S. Siwanoy St. on June 28, according to Hillsborough County property records.

Julie Atkinson of Smith and Associates Real Estate listed the home for sale in September 2023 for $12.75 million. Harvey Petty with Keller Williams Realty Tampa Central represented the buyers.

"With its exquisite design and coveted golf course location, this home offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live in the heart of Tampa's Palma Ceia neighborhood," Atkinson said in a statement. "I am thrilled to have facilitated this landmark transaction."

The home, built by Sample Properties in 2019, is 6,600 square feet, with six and a half bathrooms and five bedrooms.
