Beachfront home in Siesta Key sells for $15 million

A beachfront estate in Siesta Key has sold for $14.995 million.

The home is 8,615 square feet and includes six bedrooms, six full and three half bathrooms. The property sold on March 15, according to a deed filed in Sarasota County. The seller was Chanel Holdings (Nevis) LLC, and the buyer was a private trust. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,741 per square foot.

The home last sold in October 2021 for $12 million.

Mark Coppens with Living Vogue LLC represented the seller, and Alexis Smith-Frady of Compass Real Estate represented the buyers.

The estate, called Chateau du Soleil, sits on a 1.6-acre lot at 4300 Higel Ave. The property features a walled and gated entry and access to a private sugar sand beach.

The home has a two-story foyer with a winding staircase, 12-foot ceilings, marble countertops, a marble fireplace, walnut and marble floors and cypress ceilings. The owner’s suite sits on the main level with waterfront views.

Upstairs, there are four guest suites and a guest lounge. Each guest area has views of either the gulf or the garden.

Outdoor amenities include multiple patios and balconies, an expansive pool deck with a new pool and spa, a chipping green and a footbridge to the private beach.

The property also includes a separate guest or staff quarters area with a kitchen and washer and dryer.

The home was built by Perrone Construction in 2008. It includes impact-rated doors and windows and a generator and sits on a graded lot above flood elevation.
