The seller was a private trust and the buyers were Danae and James Hill. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,213 per square foot.
Rhonda Sanderford with Coastal Properties Group represented the seller and Karen Eisenbrei with Charles Rutenberg Realty represented the buyer.
