A luxury gated community of single-family homes and townhomes is coming to the Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm Harbor.

Toll Brothers Inc. says it will begin construction this summer on Montrose at Innisbrook, which will include 174 homes sites with lake, preserve and golf course views. A select number of the townhomes will have views of the Copperhead Golf Course, which annually hosts a PGA Tour event.

Sales will start in the fall, and pricing will begin in the mid-$500,000s.

“Montrose at Innisbrook showcases luxury Florida living in an incredible resort community with exceptional indoor-to-outdoor spaces and an array of personalization options through our Design Studio experience,” Brian O’Hara, division president of Toll Brothers in Tampa and Sarasota, said in a release.

The homes will range from 2,097 to 3,932 square feet and come in three-floor plans.

Homeowners will be able to personalize their homes with the Toll Brothers Design Studio, which offers the assistance of professional design consultants.

The community will also include access to amenities at the Innisbrook Golf Resort, which is owned by Shelia Johnson and is part of the Salamander Collection’s portfolio.

Innisbrook sits on more than 800 acres and includes 63 holes of golf across four courses, five restaurants, three bars, 10 tennis courts, seven pickleball courts, six heated swimming pool complexes and a Salamander Spa with 12 treatment rooms. There are also walking trails and fishing options on the site.

"We are excited to work with such a distinguished destination as Innisbrook to offer three new home collections that celebrate the resort’s numerous amenities and the Tampa Bay lifestyle,” O’Hara said in a release.
