Tampa Bay Lightning right winger Nikita Kucherov has sold his South Tampa home for approximately $3.48 million.

Kucherov purchased the house, located at 4212 W Culbreath Ave., in March 2017 from the former head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dirk Koetter. The sale closed on Nov. 10, according to a deed filed in Hillsborough County.

The buyers were Weather Tite Windows owner Michael Hollander and his wife, Naseem.

Kucherov was represented by Allan Mezrah with Toni Everett Co. The Hollanders were represented by Christine Mastrilli with the Hughes Shelton Group at Compass.

Kucherov purchased the house in 2017 for $1.995 million, according to Hillsborough County property records.

The 5,669-square-foot house was built in 2014 and features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The sales price breaks down to roughly $613 per square foot.

The house includes a chef’s kitchen with a marble center island and top-of-the-line appliances, a large family room with a fireplace and an owner’s retreat with a gas fireplace, large windows and a marble bathroom with a steam shower and herringbone inlaid floors.

The house also has an upstairs office and a large mudroom. The downstairs features a private bedroom and bathroom and an office. The property also includes a saline pool, a large, covered patio and an outdoor kitchen.

In 2019, Kucherov purchased a waterfront property in Sunset Park Isles for $2.95 million.
