Lennar selling townhouses in Moffitt-anchored Pasco community

Homebuilding giant Lennar is now selling townhouses in Angeline, the Moffitt Cancer Center-anchored mixed-use development in Pasco County.

Miami-based Lennar said it is launching sales of three townhouse collections — The Townhomes, The Town Estates and the Town Executives. There are nine different floor plans that range from 1,513 to 2,466 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Prices begin in the high $200,000s.

"Angeline is a one-of-a-kind community that transforms Pasco County and sets a new standard for a health and wellness lifestyle," said Steve Smith, Lennar's Tampa division president. "We are excited to welcome the first home shoppers to a destination community unlike any other in the market."

The 6,200-acre Angeline spans six miles between state routes 52 and 54 in Land O'Lakes. The property is home to 3,600 acres of green space, a community farm, biking and pedestrian trails and a recreational lagoon. Speros FL, the Moffitt-anchored life sciences research park, occupies 750 acres in the community.

The Angeline Academy of Innovation STEM Middle and High School is expected to open in August. A K-5 school is also part of the future community.
