The Bayside Inn Pinellas Park-Clearwater hotel has sold for $8.25 million.

According to a deed filed in Pinellas County, the hotel was sold to an entity linked to Fort Myers-based Four Square Realty Investments. The hotel was sold by a private investor located in Pinellas Park. The inn has 100 rooms, and the sale price breaks down to $82,500 per key.

The two-story hotel, located at 9359 U.S. Hwy. 19 N, was last sold in 2009 for $3.15 million, according to the property appraiser. It was built in 1975 and sits on just over 3 acres.

Amenities include a pool, playground, barbecue facilities and a business center. The hotel has the Nuevo Vallarta Mexican restaurant on site.

The hotel is near the Crystal Lake Mobile Home Resort, the Florida Retreat Mobile Home Sales and the Bayside Terrace assisted living facility. It is less than half a mile from the Mainlands Golf Course and is across the street from the Mainlands Shopping Center, which includes an Aldi and a Hudson’s Furniture + Mattress store.

According to Four Square Investments’ website, the company has over $50 million in assets and owns more than 150 properties. The buyer has not returned a request for comment.
