Graystone Expands Footprint in Florida
The brokerage is growing its presence in the Gulf Coast with assignment of Shannon Bona as Broker of Record

Newport Beach, CA, March 21, 2023 – Graystone Capital Advisors, a leading investment sales brokerage, has announced the appointment of Shannon Bona as the firm’s Broker of Record in the state of Florida. Following Graystone’s record year in sales for the brokerage, the full-service acquisition and disposition firm will launch its expansion into the Gulf Coast.

Bona will lead investment sales across several markets in the region and is tasked with helping grow the platform on behalf of Graystone.

As an experienced advisor, Bona started her career in commercial lending with PNC Bank in 2013 before transitioning to investment sales with Marcus & Millichap in 2015. While with Marcus & Millichap, she was promoted and earned several sales accolades including Rookie of the Year. Shannon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in both real estate and finance from Villanova University where she remains an active council member for the university’s Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate.
