CrossMarc Services Completes Sale of Casselberry Office/Warehouse Building for New Home of Solis Energy

Winter Park, FL – CrossMarc Services LLC recently closed on a user sale of the 4,405 +/- freestanding office-warehouse building at 150 N. Cypress Way in Casselberry, Fla.

CrossMarc Services Senior Vice President Christie Alexander negotiated the transaction representing seller National Installations & Services, Inc., a Florida-based company that installs remote access control and crisis alert systems in the assisted living, commercial, hospitality, multi-family and education markets.

The building was purchased for $765,000 by North Cypress LLC, doing business as Solis Energy. The buyer was represented by Carla Robles of Watson Realty.

With a staff of seven and growing, Solis Energy is a manufacturer of industrial outdoor solar and battery backup power systems and products. The firm will be operating out of its new location by the second quarter of this year.
