Art House St. Petersburg penthouse under contract for $6.1M

A penthouse in Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story condo tower, is under contract for $6.1 million.

Art House is the latest project from Kolter Urban and is being built in the heart of downtown St. Pete. It was designed by SB Architects, with interiors by ID & Design International. The 4,847-square-foot penthouse has views of downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay and includes a deep wraparound terrace, according to a representative for the developer.

The condo on the top floor has three bedrooms, four and a half baths and a den. The sale price breaks down to approximately $1,258 per square foot.

The owner’s suite has a vestibule with a midnight bar and two separate bathrooms that each have a dressing room scale walk-in closet. Unique attributes include a walk-in butler’s pantry, a laundry room with a utility counter and sink and an adjacent walk-in utility closet.

There are 244 condos with two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The 12 penthouses offered at Art House are all on the top three floors of the tower. Residences feature flow-through layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass and open great room designs. The ground floor will have retail and restaurant space along Central Avenue.

Club 9, a resident amenity area on the ninth floor, features a resort-style pool and spa, cabana space, gathering and conversation areas, a club room with a private dining room, a fitness center and a theater with lounge seating.
