Atlanta-based Eclipse Decathalon has sold two Pinellas County health care and rehabilitation centers in a deal that totaled more than $23.3 million.

Eclipse Decathalon is linked to Santerre Health Investors, a global health care-focused investment and operating platform that is a joint venture between Highgate Capital Investments and Aurora Health Network. Both deals closed on Feb. 17, according to two Pinellas County deeds. The buyer is an entity that is linked to Joseph Herskowitz.

The sale included the Countryside Rehab and Healthcare Center in Palm Harbor at 3825 Countryside Blvd. N and the Bardmoor Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at 9035 Bryan Dairy Road in Largo.

The Palm Harbor facility sold for approximately $12.95 million and has 120 beds. The Largo facility sold for approximately $10.35 million and has 158 beds.

Both facilities are part of Independence Living Centers, a group of senior health care providers that serve cities throughout Florida. The group offers services ranging from short-term rehabilitation to long-term living.

Both locations offer 24-hour skilled nursing care, long-term care services, Alzheimer’s and dementia care and physical, occupational and speech therapies, according to the company’s website.
