Redington Shores home sells for $5.9 million

A beachfront house on Redington Shores has sold in a $5.9 million deal.

The approximately 4,020-square-foot home, located at 17814 Lee Ave., was built in 2018. According to a deed filed in Pinellas County, the deal closed on Feb. 22. The sale price breaks down to approximately $1,465 per square foot.

The buyer was Nicholas Peters and the seller was Salvatore Celeste, according to the deed. The lot is approximately 6,000 square feet. It last sold in 2019 for $3.25 million, according to the property appraiser.

The seller was represented by Cathy Brooks with The Seaside Real Estate Store LLC. The buyer was represented by Heather Kress of The Kress Team with Mihara & Associates Inc.

The Gulf of Mexico is steps away from the pool, and the garage and driveway accommodate up to five cars and a golf cart.

The home sits one block away from Gulf Boulevard and is near the Coco Wood Grill and Wahoo’s Waterside Pub and Patio.
