Mixon Fruit Farm in Bradenton has listed its 39 acres for sale.

The property at 2525 27th St. E includes a home, storefront, warehouse, barn, pavilion and pastures. It is listed for sale at $15.8 million. Selina G. Bradley of Coldwell Banker Realty is listing the property for sale.

Developers are among the buyers Bradley is targeting.
