RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Westshore Marina developer sells off retail space Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners, which developed the district, sold the retail space to a corporate entity based in McLean, Virginia, on Jan. 31, according to Hillsborough County property records.
Transcentum LLC, which appears to be linked to a private investor, paid $12.4 million for Marina Landings, which is home to Cru Cellars, Duckweed Urban Grocery and several other businesses. The purchase price breaks down to $668 per square foot.
Marina Landings provides walkable retail and restaurant options to residents of the district as well as the surrounding neighborhood. The property was honored as a Tampa Bay Business Journal Retail Deal of the Year in 2021. |
