RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Land Purchase Expands Pulte Homes’ Presence in Pasco County Located off Lake Patience Road, Whispering Pines by Pulte will offer 330 single-family homes when fully completed. Approximately 100 homes will be built on the additional 80 acres, while 228 homes are already slated in the first phase of the community.
Whispering Pines’ is ideally located with close proximity to State Road 54, Interstate 75, Veterans Parkway, and Suncoast Parkway, making for a smooth commute to work centers in Wesley Chapel, downtown Tampa Bay, and Brandon.
