Land Purchase Expands Pulte Homes’ Presence in Pasco County

(Land O’ Lakes, Florida) – Pulte Homes has purchased an additional 80 acres of land in Land O’ Lakes to expand its presence in Pasco County. The purchase closed in early January 2023 and will be used to expand the homebuilder’s Whispering Pines by Pulte community. Pre-sales are ongoing and the community is scheduled to host its grand opening on March 25th.

Located off Lake Patience Road, Whispering Pines by Pulte will offer 330 single-family homes when fully completed. Approximately 100 homes will be built on the additional 80 acres, while 228 homes are already slated in the first phase of the community.

Whispering Pines’ is ideally located with close proximity to State Road 54, Interstate 75, Veterans Parkway, and Suncoast Parkway, making for a smooth commute to work centers in Wesley Chapel, downtown Tampa Bay, and Brandon.
