Kolter Urban Completes Hyde Park House in Tampa

TAMPA – February 6, 2023 – Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completion of Hyde Park House Tampa, a 22-story development offering 70 waterfront residences showcasing unobstructed views of Hillsborough Bay, the Tampa skyline, and the surrounding neighborhood’s renowned tree canopy.
