Dream Finders Homes Opens New Furnished Models in Two St. Johns County Communities

ST. AUGUSTINE – Three new Dream Finders Homes’ models – including a stunning sales center – have opened in new phases of the builder’s Shearwater and Beacon Lake communities in St. Augustine.

The Driftwood, a new 2,423-square-foot model on Goodhope Court, joins the Boca II model on Bowery Avenue in a new phase of the master-planned community of Shearwater off S.R. 210. Brad Muston, the company’s division president, said homes in the community range in size from 1,908 to 3,868 square feet.

“Four distinctly different single-family homes can be built on either 50- or 70-foot lots in this beautifully appointed community which features Trout Creek, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and a resort-style kayak club and fitness lodge,” he said. “Other amenities include a lagoon-like pool, a multi-lane lap pool, a winding lazy river and a three-story water slide.”

Dream Finders Homes’ one- and two-story floor plans at Shearwater are priced from the $500,000s and offer from three to five bedrooms, three to five bathrooms plus two- or three-car garages, with some of them including tandem parking garages.

Two new models opened on Stargaze Lane in Dream Finders Homes’ newest phase of the Beacon Lake development – the Stockton and the Vilano sales center. Pricing there starts in the mid-$400,000s with single-family homes being offered on 43-, 53- and 63-foot homesites. Muston said features there include a 43-acre lake, a huge nature preserve, and an 8,000-square-foot amenity and fitness center. Beacon Lake is located between I-95 and U.S. Highway 1.
