An Ohio-based real estate investment firm has acquired The Boulevard apartments in Largo in a $76.7 million deal.

The Connor Group purchased the 260-unit apartment complex from Atlanta-based RangeWater Real Estate, according to a Pinellas County deed. The sale closed on Jan. 18. The sale price breaks down to $295,000 per key.

The four-story apartments, located at 2098 Seminole Blvd., were built in 2015 and offer one-to-three-bedroom floorplans. Amenities include a resort-style pool and fireplace, outdoor bar and grills, a theater room, a screened gazebo with billiards, TV and a wet bar, a business center and conference room, a dog run and a fitness center.

The property also has on-site walking trails, a car care center and bike storage. Private garages and storage are available for residents.

The Boulevard is less than a mile from Largo Plaza, which has a Publix, Target and Regal movie theater.

The Connor Group owns and operates luxury apartment communities throughout the U.S. The group currently has approximately $3.7 billion in assets and operates in 17 markets, according to its website. In Tampa Bay, the group also owns Bayside Arbors of Clearwater and Mezzo of Tampa Palms.
