Radiant Asset Management, Inc a full-service real estate management company, is proud to announce it has been appointed the exclusive property manager for the Urban Core Properties 400+ unit portfolio located throughout the downtown St. Petersburg markets.

Urban Core Properties is a previous brokerage client of John Burpee & Associates Radiant’s sister company and the firms have been in discussions for several years regarding a transition of management.

Radiant assumed complete management and leasing of the portfolio as well as maintenance, collection, and accounting responsibilities on Jan 1st, 2023. Radiant immediately increased exposure to the available units in the portfolio through Tik Tok, Face book, Zillow, Twitter, and multiple streams of social media including and mass marketing to targeted demographics.
