Hold Thyssen Brokers New 10-Year Lease for State of Florida Expansion at Bayside Concourse in Clearwater

CLEARWATER — Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm, closed on a new 10-year lease agreement with the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) at Bayside Concourse, 15500 Lightwave Drive in Clearwater.

Hold-Thyssen’s Vice President of Investment Services Richard Fisher brokered the transaction representing the Landlord, a private investment group. AHCA, which administers Florida’s Medicaid program and licenses healthcare facilities, relocated from St. Petersburg to expand into the 17,514 square feet of class A office space.
