Former Lightning player sells Davis Islands home for $6.7M

A home on Davis Islands in Tampa that belonged to two former Tampa Bay Lightning players has been sold.

The house at 68 Bahama Circle sold for $6.7 million, according to the agent Allan Mezrah with Toni Everett Co., who represented both the buyer and seller. The seller is RKMMN LLC, a Minnesota entity linked to former Lightning player Ryan McDonagh.

Another former player, Vincent Lecavalier, sold the home to McDonagh in 2019 for $4.3 million, according to the property appraiser.

The 7,630-square-foot home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a three-car garage and sits on a .32-acre lot, according to the listing.
