Tierra Verde waterfront estate sells for $11.75 million

A waterfront estate in the Tierra Verde West Shore community has sold for $11.75 million.

The estate at 1523 Oceanview Drive has six bedrooms and was listed at the end of October by Liz Heinkel with Smith & Associates Real Estate. Each bedroom has private bathrooms and balconies that overlook the Gulf of Mexico.

The home is 9,463 square feet and sits on an acre of land. It was built by Windstar Homes. The interior has 25-foot ceilings with handmade porcelain inlaid tile and three fireplaces.

The expansive chef’s kitchen has two Miele dishwashers, a built-in coffeemaker station, a Wolf eight-burner stove and two Wolf ovens. The home also has a billiard room with copper inlay ceilings, a full bar and an adjacent home movie theater that seats 12.

Outdoors, the home has a full bar and outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a Trek boat dock, and a lift built to accommodate a 12,000-pound, 28-foot boat. There is also a kayak launch, playground and a putting green on the property. The estate includes a negative edge infinity pool and spa.

Earlier this month, another waterfront home next door to this estate entered the market at $13.995 million.
