Casa Fresca Homes Launch Pasadena Point With Record Home Sales In Opening Weekend

TAMPA, FLORIDA – Demand is high for Pasadena Point, Casa Fresca Homes’ first community in Wesley Chapel. The community is the homebuilders’ largest and most successful sales launch, and its fastest selling community to date. All 50 homes that were available for release have been sold following the community grand opening on December 10.
