WINTER PARK — Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm, closed on a five-year lease agreement with developer Michael Collard Properties for their new location in downtown Winter Park.

Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the lease on behalf of New England Partners, LLC, the landlord at 243 West Park Avenue where the successful commercial real estate developer leased Suite 201 with 1,023 rentable square feet. Michael Collard Properties has been delivering unique and sustainable properties for over 30 years. The company employs a staff of seven.
