Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a Walgreens in Fort Myers for $6.85 Million

FORT MYERS, Fla., Oct.14, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 14,484-square-foot Walgreens located in Fort Myers, Florida. The single-tenant, net-leased asset sold for $6,854,368 million.

The Walgreens is located at 6790 Daniels Parkway, directly adjacent to a Publix-anchored shopping center and next to Gulf Coast Medical Center. The property is highly visible, situated at the intersection of International Drive and Daniels Parkway, a major east-west thoroughfare. The property is located west of Six Mile Cypress Parkway, within nine miles of downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers Country Club, and CenturyLink Sports Complex.
