Sarasota, Fla. (October 11, 2022) – Senior commercial real estate advisor, Peter Bartys of SVN Commercial Advisory Group managed the sale of five office condos at 63 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, FL. Rare to this industrial business district, each office unit was purchased by four different buyers.
