RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Bradenton industrial park to break ground The Manatee County Logistics Center, at 44th Avenue East and U.S. Highway 301 in Bradenton, will officially mark the beginning of vertical construction on Oct 5. The park will total 563,451 square feet of industrial space.
It is five miles from Interstate 75, the developers said, and has 1,600 feet of frontage along U.S. Highway 301.
Barron Collier Companies and Imminent Ventures are developing the park. A team of leasing brokers from JLL Inc. has been tapped to market the space for lease.
The space is split between three 188,000-square-foot buildings, and the developers previously said they are willing to subdivide the buildings as small as 23,000 square feet.
The marketing team includes JLL’s Julia Silva, managing director; John Dunphy, executive managing director; and Peter Cecora, executive vice president. They are leasing the space in collaboration with Nick Devito and Brie Tulp, a brokerage team with Ian Black Real Estate.
JLL said previously that the site was selected “due to its strong market dynamics, including low vacancy rates and significant connectivity to the rest of the state and beyond.”
“With industrial land so scarce in surrounding submarkets, Manatee County is emerging as a desired distribution location and is experiencing a wave of new user and investor interest due to the increasing demand,” Silva said in a statement. “The planned Manatee County Logistics Center will offer premium industrial space with high-end finishes, lush landscaping and easy access to major highways where companies will want to be, and employees will want to go to work.” |
