Tahitian Inn Boutique Hotel in Tampa Sells for $10 Million

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 1,2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of the Tahitian Inn Boutique Hotel, an 82-room hotel, located directly off South Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, Florida. The two- and three-story property sold for $10 million. The inn has been family owned and operated since it opened in 1952; this is the first time it has traded in 7 decades.

The 36,600-square-foot property is situated on a 1.76-acre lot. Property amenities include an onsite Tiki-torch bar, resort-style heated swimming pool with private cabanas, private event space, business center, complimentary shuttle service, fitness center, and steam rooms.
