Two new tenants have signed leases at St. Pete Beach’s Dolphin Village, which is currently undergoing a wave of renovations.

The shopping center, located at 4655 Gulf Blvd., has a redevelopment plan for the 41,000-square-foot southern portion of the plaza. It's receiving new landscaping, a paint job and signage. Two of the new tenants are Indian Bistro — formerly known as Deeya Indian Cuisine — and the metaphysical shop As Above So Below.

Indian Bistro has been operating in Tampa Bay since 2005 and has been under new management since 2018. The company is expanding into St. Pete Beach from Clearwater and is leasing a 1,200-square-foot space between St. Pete Elite Carts — which opened earlier this year — and Dolphin Village Liquors. The restaurant expects to open mid-July to early-August.

Brooke Williams of ACRE Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord and there was no co-broker.

The metaphysical shop As Above So Below has signed a six-year lease for 1,838 square feet. The store will open this summer and is run by a mother/daughter team “working to educate people about the healing energies and power of crystals,” according to a release.

Williams of ACRE Commercialrepresented the landlord and Amy Heckler of Heckler Realty Group represented the tenant.

Dolphin Village was built in 1967 and totals approximately 129,752 square feet. The shopping plaza has tenants like Publix, Starbucks, Beachzone Ice Cream, Buona Ristorante and CVS Pharmacy.
