Tampa, FL – April 2022 Bank of America Financial Center, located at 9385 N. 56th Street in Temple Terrace, sold for $5,500,000.00. This transaction is the result of Ross Realty Group’s office leasing and sales efforts for the Seller, Temple Terrace Holdings LLC. We successfully added tenants and income, while increasing the attractiveness of the opportunity for office investors. The building contains 29,106 RSF of office space plus a very active Bank of America branch. The Buyer, Phoenix Property Group LLC, is planning extensive remodeling.
