Tampa, FL, April 20, 2022 – Tampa based land broker Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM of Eshenbaugh Land Company, represented numerous sellers to close on $36 million dollars total across multiple deals to close out the first quarter and to open the second quarter. The deals involve the development of over 1000 units of apartment land, 88 condominiums, a golf course, and the first phase of 900 units of single-family homes. These deals span cover the geographic areas from Southern Sarasota County, Clearwater in Pinellas County, to Brooksville in Hernando County.
