RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Industrial Land Lease Totaling 10 acres at Pinellas County Site John Jackson, JT Faircloth and Casey Perry of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Gaston Tree Debris Recycling, LLC, in the lease negotiations. Scott Alteri of JLL represented Jingoli Power, LLC.
The Cushman & Wakefield team is overseeing leasing efforts for the entire 29.5-acre site, which includes the parcel of land being occupied by Jingoli Power along with a remaining 10 acres available for lease.
“While this site is prime for industrial development, the landlord purchased it with the intention of leasing it for outdoor storage. Just a short three months later and their vision is already becoming a reality with only ten of the 29.5 acres on the site still available,” said Jackson, Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Once owned and occupied by demolition contractor Sonny Glassbrenner, the land site is now being utilized for outdoor storage use. The site offers fenced outdoor storage space with utilities available, zoning for heavy industrial use and convenient access to Interstate 275, US 19 and the St. Pete-Clearwater and Tampa airports.
“This site is a great asset as demand for outdoor storage in Pinellas County is extraordinary, but supply is almost nonexistent due to lack of available land and the county being the most densely populated in the state of Florida,” added Jackson. |
