The Twin Lakes Plaza shopping mall in Palm Harbor has been sold in a $14.875 million deal.

The plaza is comprised of two strip centers along with the Outback Steakhouse, which anchors the property at 31988 US Highway 19 N. According to a Pinellas County deed, Miami-based Hardy Road LLC sold the plaza to Shaked 26 LLC, which is connected to personal injury attorney Sagi Shaked with Aventura-based Shaked Law Firm.

Documents filed with the county show the deal closed on March 29. The three parcels sit on a total of approximately 6 acres along U.S. Hwy. 19 N. across from Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. Twin Lakes Plaza is less than half a mile from County Road 95.

Built in 1986, the plaza is home to medical, restaurant and service tenants Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Children’s Medical Center, Massimo’s Italian Restaurant, The Ohana Preschool, Mariner Financial and Brightway Insurance.

Shaked has invested in a variety of commercial real estate properties including the Metro Station shopping center in Orlando in January, a Weston office building in 2020 for $8.9 million, and a 15,000-square-foot medical office building in Plantation in 2021.
