Tampa, FL (March 2022) – Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida is proud to announce the leasing success of the Tampa Bay Marina portfolio in Tampa, FL. Thomas Hernandez, SIOR, CCIM, Associate Director with Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida, represented the leasing for the owner of the Westshore portfolio: Watermark 6, Watermark 9, Watermark 12, and 205 S Hoover Blvd.

Ciminelli was first awarded the portfolio for leasing services in mid 2018 with occupancy at 60%. Since then and throughout the pandemic, Thomas was successful in bringing the occupancy to 100%, as well as adding value to the asset by increasing rates 17%.
