With $200 million in sales, Sarasota condo tower is sold out

An 18-story condo tower in Quay Sarasota has sold out less than 12 months after beginning presales.

The last of the 149 condos in Bayso went under contract in January, said Premier Sotheby's International Realty, which marketed the units for sale. The sales total more than $200 million.

Developer Kolter Urban, which is active in Tampa and St. Petersburg, began vertical construction on Bayso in August 2021. The tower should be complete in fall 2023.

In Tampa, Kolter's projects include Hyde Park House on Bayshore Boulevard and a forthcoming tower in the central business district. In St. Pete, the developer built ONE St. Petersburg, is under construction on Saltaire and will break ground on Art House soon.

Quay Sarasota is a 14-acre waterfront district near downtown Sarasota. Jacksonville-based GreenPointe Holdings LLC is the master developer of Quay. Here's what it will include at full buildout:
