Marcus & Millichap Brokers a Record-Setting Sale of A 27,140-SF Industrial Building

LARGO, Fla., Jan. 27, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 27,140-square-foot single-tenant industrial property located in Largo, Florida, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The 1.15-acre lot sold for a market-setting price of $3,964,680 in record time.

The industrial property is located at 6950 112th Circle N in Largo, Florida, near major thoroughfares to service the entire Tampa Bay area.

“This property had multiple offers in the first two days of the marketing period and closed at list price in under 30 days, which really speaks to the demand for urban infill industrial in the Tampa Bay area,” said Jaclyn Blair, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office.

Blair and Marcus & Millichap’s Bryn Merrey and Erick Gonzalez had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, 6950 AGM, LLC. The buyer, Daper Realty Inc., was secured and represented by Jaclyn Blair, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office.

The team also recently brokered a $4.2 million deal for a 43,548-square foot, Class-A industrial property located at 12595 71st Ct N in Largo, Florida. The property was constructed in 2008 and was leased to Behr Paint.
