First look: French restaurant from Tampa hospitality company coming to Water Street

Tampa hospitality company Next Level Brands has tapped a Montreal-based architecture firm to design its forthcoming French restaurant in Water Street Tampa.

Next Level Brands, helmed by restaurateur Jeff Gigante, Franklin Street CEO Andrew Wright and attorney Joseph Guggino, on Monday unveiled new renderings of Boulon Brasserie from architecture firm Atelier Zebulon Perron. The restaurant will occupy 7,097 square feet on the street level of Thousand & One, the first office tower in Water Street Tampa.

Boulon Brasserie will seat 275 people, including private dining and the patio. It's slated to open in late summer 2022.

Atelier Zebulon Perron is also designing Next Level Brands' new Westshore restaurant, Union New American, which is under construction along Westshore Boulevard.
