Jim Steinbauer, SIOR, Vice President, Realtor with Steinbauer Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of a shopping center located at 6645 S. Florida Ave., Lakeland, Polk County, Florida. The seller was Shoppes of Christina, LLC and the buyer was Lakeland Christina Center, LLC. The property consists of 35,500 sq. ft. of retail stores on 6.6 acres. The sale price was $5,725,000. Tenants in the shopping center include Subway, Champs Sports Grill, Tapatio’s Mexican Restaurant, Huntington Learning Center, Metro by T-Mobile and several other tenants. Steinbauer Associates has handle the leasing of the shopping center since it was first built in 2006.
