2.Sale of a 19,760 square foot industrial facility situated on 1.32 acres MOL located at 7233 123rd Circle North, Largo, FL 33773 which sold for $1,648,000.

3.Sale of a 36,361 square foot industrial facility situated on 1.91 acres MOL located at 12450 Automobile Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33762 which sold for $3,300,000.

4.Sale of a 71,120 square foot industrial facility situated on 3.52 acres MOL located at 8601 Somerset Drive, Largo, FL 33773 which sold for $3,550,000.

5.Sale of a 90,079 square foot industrial facility situated on 5.13 acres MOL located at 6101 45th Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33714 which sold for $4,311,000.

LEASES:

1.Lease of a 44,545 square foot industrial facility located at 6303 126th Avenue North, Largo, FL
