CPR Represents Seller in 21 Acre Brooksville Land Deal

Commercial Partners Realty, Inc. announced today that Pasco land specialist, Jim Engelmann, along with David Culligan and Hayden Peiker, represented the seller, 21 Acres LLC, in the sale of 21 acres of development land located at 19200 Cortez Rd. in Brooksville FL.

The property, located on SR 50 near the intersection of US Hwy 41, is in an area of steady, new growth close to both Bayfront Health and historic downtown Brooksville. It closed for $2,350,000.
