1.Sale of a 10,696 square foot industrial facility situated on .65 acre MOL located at 14000 68th Street North, Largo, FL 33771 which sold for $655,000.

2.Sale of 3.47 acres MOL located at 2067 Calumet Street, Clearwater, FL 33765 which sold for $1,400,000.

3.Sale of a 7,350 square foot industrial facility situated on .53 acre MOL located at 12990 44th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762 which sold for $525,000.

4.Sale of a 6,648 square foot industrial facility situated on 2.05 acres MOL located at 6465 123rd Avenue North, Largo, FL 33773 which sold for $1,200,000.

5.Sale of 7.15 acres MOL located at 34th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL 33762 which sold for $1,750,000.

6.Sale of a 15,414 square foot industrial facility situated on 1.20 acres MOL located at 8100 Bryan Dairy Road, Seminole, FL 33777 which sold for $975,000.

LEASES:

1.Lease of a 2,400 square foot industrial space located at 10294 US Highway 19 North, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.

2.Lease of a 3,200 square foot industrial space located at 14000 66th Street North, Largo, FL 33771.
