CPR Represents Two Sellers of Land Property Sold in Hudson and Zephyrhills

New development is happening everywhere in Pasco County, from Hudson in the West to Zephyrhills in the East! Commercial Partners Realty’s Jim Engelmann, aka “Mr. Pasco”, is a huge driver of this growth and recently assisted his clients in closing on two land deals in Hudson and Zephyrhills this last month.

In Hudson, Jim represented the sellers of 46 Acres of land in the vicinity of Paradise Pointe Way and SR 52, which sold for $1,180,400. The property was purchased by Flagship Companies and will be the future home of a mixed-use project, including a multistory storage facility with outdoor storage for boats and RVs.

In Zephyrhills, Jim represented the sellers of a 10-acre property on Autumn Palm Drive that will be the future home of a luxury townhome development. The transaction closed for $1,532,200.
