RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Jack Koehler, CCIM, ALC Brokers Commercial Infill Sites for $11,650,000 The first deal was for a 26acre± property sold for $8,000,000 located at 7210 Interbay Blvd. that is planned for 350 multifamily units, which did come with some challenges.
“This was a very challenging site, arguably one of the most challenging in Tampa due to wetland and subsurface issues. Greystar was able to navigate these challenges and perform as promised. This will be a great site for them in a South Tampa market that has barriers to entry,” said Koehler.
The second deal was for a 23,535 sq. ft. building at 1514 N Florida Ave built in the 1900’s as an automobile dealership. It sold for $2,050,000 and the buyer intends to convert the building into an office.
Koehler adds, ““It was an honor to represent a quality organization like Salvation Army in this transaction. After dozens of property tours and buyer interviews, we were able to find a buyer who understood the intricacies of the property. The new owners will ultimately transform this building into an asset that will add value to the Tampa Heights neighborhood.”
The final deal Jack represented the seller for a property situated at the Northwest corner of Bryan Dairy Rd. and North 66th St.
Roger Broderick, CCIM and Steve Logemann of Broderick & Associates represented the buyer, a local developer for the full price of $1,600,000, who plans to use the site in order to build a 20,000 sq. ft. office building.
“It is always a pleasure working with another CCIM on a transaction. Roger and Steve were a joy to work with throughout the process. Their client now has an ideal location for his new office building and our seller exited at a great price. It was a win-win for both sides,” said Koehler. |
