Commercial Partners Realty, Inc. announced today that Pasco land specialist, Jim Engelmann, represented PWS, LLC in the sale of approximately 10 acres of land on State Road 54 in Odessa, Florida. The transaction closed in mid-September for $4,000,000.

Located along the highly desirable State Road 54 Corridor in Pasco County, the property is positioned midway between Starkey Ranch and Asturia, two of Pasco’s premier neighborhoods. With thousands of new homes and retail establishments under construction or recently completed, this area is a prime location for continued investment in new and upscale projects.

The buyer, Homeelite, LLC will be developing a high-end, vertical mixed-use project. The ground floor of the project will include offices for rent and local restaurant and retail establishments. Above, there will be several stories of luxury residences with premier amenities. The project is the type of development that the county has been emphasizing with recent modifications to its commercial zoning and multifamily approvals.
