Tarpon Springs equestrian estate hits the market for $9.9 million

A 37-acre equestrian estate in Tarpon Springs is on the market, listed at $9.9 million.

The property, known as Serella Stables, has a 7,800-square-foot main home and an 11-stall horse barn, guesthouse, workshop, four-car garage and more. It finished construction in 2019.

The Hughes Shelton Group at Compass Realty is listing the property for sale. It last sold for $5.7 million in October 2020 and was among the year's highest-priced home sales.

"Obviously, Tampa is known for its amazing waterfront estates," principal agent Jeff Shelton said in a statement. "However, we also offer some of the most stunning equestrian estates on the west coast of Florida. We are thrilled that the owners selected Hughes Shelton and Compass to bring this stunning estate to the market."

The main home has four bedrooms and four a half bathrooms.
