Tampa Bay condos sales, prices rose in September
Prices still lag thosein mot other Florida metro areas

September as prices also rose 4 percent to a median of $244,500. That's almost $20,000 lower than the statewide median and lower than in other major metro areas.

Condo/townhome prices were highest in Naples ($435,000), followed by Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach ($360,00); North Port- Sarasota-Bradenton ($300,678), Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin ($288,000) and Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford ($275,000)
