In the past three years, more than 170 communities in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties have changed hands as investors seek to capitalize on the growing demand for rentals. Here are the 10 most expensive transactions since summer 2017. Pinellas had the most expensive transaction and the two highest sale prices per square foot. 1.
