Town N Country apartment community sells for $44.4 million. Apartments will now be called The Park at Lake Como

TAMPA - The 440-unit LakeBridge apartment community in Tampa's Town N Country area has sold for $44.4 million. Xavier Family Partnership, led by investor Randy X. Ferreira, bought the 31-building complex at 8301 Sandstone Lake Drive and will re-brand it as the Park at Lake Como.

More than 96 percent occupied, the community near Tampa International Airport is managed by Blue Roc Premier Properties, headed by Ferreira. Blue Roc manages more than 30 Florida apartment communities with a total of more than 10,000 units.
