Westshore office park sells for $53.3 million
A Durham, N.C.-based firm bought the four-building complex.

TAMPA - Concourse Center, a four-building office park in Tampa's West Shore Business District, has sold for $53.31 million to the Dilweg Companies, a Durham, N.C.-based real estate investment firm.

Developed between 1982 and 1984, the center is on a 12.5 acre tract with frontage along Memorial Highway.

The four, three-story buildings, which total nearly 295,000 square feet, were 90 percent leased at the time of sale.
